Three board members isn’t it.

Constant lying isn’t it.
Inability to identify any quantifiable outcome OF ANY KIND isn’t it.
Look at each of Clinton Foundation’s tax returns in order from 2003–2015. See if you can find any common thread. Go to the Carter Foundation website. Read 3 of their annual reports and compare.
I compare to average nonprofit legal and ethical standards in every article. In no way does the organization compare favorably to genuinely functioning NGOS. None. The dimensions would be board governance (no — and Podesta emails amply prove). Adequate financial controls and Management (No — amply proven with BKD auditors chosen and major Federal single audit exceptions for every contract).
This is no “misunderstanding.” Two of the reports that show material weakness and severe deficiency are filed with a wrong EIN. These are CDC contracts for HIV programs in Africa and the energy efficiency programs they tout.

Compare these to the tax returns, annual reports and website blogs or press releases.
I do give the alternative explanation for deliberate wrongdoing: dozens of times. Gross incompetence.
