Telling the truth about the harms of the sick, twisted US Corporate Food, Pharma, Allopathic Medicine, and Insurance Systems is not fat-shaming!
For the time being, I am maintaining my weight, wellness, and health in the face of ongoing and escalating challenges. Recent events, including an auto accident, have revealed even more disastrous and unhealthful practices in the U.S. healthcare, medical insurance, and legal systems.
Public service announcement:
If you are in an auto accident in a no-fault insurance state, I strongly advise against calling any attorneys who advertise on television; if they can afford to advertise on TV, they are not only not ‘your friends,’ they are part of a well-entrenched system that runs up bills for unnecessary tests and ineffective treatments so you will receive absolutely zero in help or compensation. You might even cut yourself off from being able to receive competent care and treatment. I recently learned this is true for ordinary car accidents, as well as in the trucking industry.
