Where do you live at in LA, Rocco? We moved to SW Florida from South Orange County in 2020, but I lived in LA County for a number of years, in Playa Del Rey & Woodland Hills. I wouldn't want to live in either area now - not even Malibu. Blessings & best wishes for your new adventure and life.
