What took ya so long girl? https://asterling.medium.com/see-the-usa-on-covid-19-yuma-to-el-paso-9df9207ec42

Our house in SW Florida has appreciated about $80K in value since we bought it one year ago. As you can see @Medium ignored the actual pictures and images I put while moving from CA to Florida at the end of March 2020. We passed through 2 COVID checkpoints one entering FL, one leaving Texas. We rented for $1,300 a month, fully-furnished, while we looked for a place to buy. Good luck - maybe the views on this article will offer you some welcome funds. By the way, I didn't move to CA like you did. I am a 5th generation native, driven out by the disasters. The 2 bdr places where we used to live are now renting for $2,500 to $3,500/month. My husband and I are in your same age range, he's an engineer and you can see who I am from my bio ... one of our other writers told me 85% of the top @Medium writers are male, Silicon Valley based. 'Sprize!
