Warren Buffett eats like a 6-year-old … few to no billionaires seem to like vegetables
One reason I gave up sugar last November was the conclusion of That Sugar Film, in which Damon Gameau suggests that much of the misery in our hectic, unfulfilling, stress-filled modern lives comes from the emotional roller-coaster and distorted thought processes produced by excess sugar.
This morning, I saw a refreshed version of a 2017 article written by Business Insider’s Bob Bryan, where he documented a whole week of eating like billionaire Warren Buffett. Bob nearly didn’t survive a week of Buffett’s famous “six-year-old” diet which includes 5 to 6 daily Cherry Cokes and three solid fast food meals, including McDonalds favorites and Dairy Queen. Buffett also slurps down DQ shakes and gobbles ample amounts of ice cream with cherry syrup.
Guy likes artificial cherry flavor.
Warren may tell the world he’s a happy man but it’s hard to see how somebody could be truly happy consuming half a pound of sugar a day through Cherry Coke alone.
Buffett is 92 years old. He has a net worth of over $100 billion, placing him at #5 on Forbes’ billionaire list.
