Well, I am taken Kent, sadly - as to being overweight, if the lady had ALL of your other qualities, maybe you would be willing to share your fitness journey with her and do it that way? As I recently wrote, my best friend (married) has struggled all her life with her weight and I know she works hard at it and eats appropriately. There are some overwhelming dietary and food issues that mean a lot of ladies have to struggle to keep their weight down. Few women my age (59) would be willing to eat the way I do or run every day as I do. In fact most of my friends think I'm insane, or they ask what I do and ... yeah they do not want to do it. But maybe they could pursue some fitness goals and you might not ask them to be 105 lbs. My BMI is less than what you said yours is ... and I have 2 big fat balls on the front of my body I can do nothing about except I guess surgically. Just saying that as we grow older our muscle mass decreases and fat increases without "trying" as it were. As to loyal, I just told my husband, who was commenting about the baker Paul Hollywood - "You don't have to worry about me. I like his shows and baking information, I don't like him though obviously a lot of women find him handsome." - and I watch these baking shows and do not eat wheat!
