I just noticed that all three of the people right-wing billionaire Bill Ackman targeted because they didn’t say exactly what he wanted about the Israel-Gaza conflict in Congressional testimony — are women.
To have three women as Presidents of what are considered to be some of the world’s top institutions of higher education is remarkable. Harvard, after initially resisting Ackman’s demands to discharge its Black American President Claudine Gay, finally caved after weeks and Ackman’s “proof” that Gay plagiarized some of her academic papers.
Ackman conflated his desire to make all U.S. academics say and do exactly as he wishes in support of the Zionist campaign to destroy Gaza with a campaign against diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) on college campuses. He is a celebrity among right-wing racist troglodytes, and advocated for and celebrated the recent Supreme Court decision to strike down affirmative action in college admissions.
