Money=happiness! Surely the richest can afford meals prepared by their personal chef on their private island in the Caribbean. They don’t have to worry about being disappointed like all the moderately-wealthy urban couples who ordered Thanksgiving meals in the Southern California community of Rancho Cucamonga only to find the doors locked and a handwritten sign saying “No employees showing up today … we are unable to fulfill the orders!!!”
