The work is never shown to others. They are out there — but it’s difficult for someone to overcome zero views and having your work shared to no other readers and looking at depressing stats that are extremely demotivational. I always try to like and share the work of others (men and women) but find Medium showing me the same authors over and over. I had to unfollow several to stop it.
