That is so beautiful, Betsy. Like so many gifted people, I had not heard of Augusta before. Really beautiful profile, and so sad to hear of how much beautiful art she made that did not survive. I was looking about for women artists to write abt because I did a profile of some a while back, learning that there were so many women who did art that was sold under a man's name, or that was literally appropriated as with Margaret Keane.
