Thank you for the great overview, Robert. I do 11K steps a day and my walking pace is 15-16 min per mile, if not running. I don't necessarily want to live that long! But I especially don't want to be debilitated or unable to do what I enjoy. I think people neglect quality of life which is directly related to movement, fitness and flexibility.
