Thank you for the good advice and guidance, Roy. It is harder for many of us women to understand this advice - we are conditioned to try to please everyone regardless. I take people's opinions as honest, and then I look and think, "This cannot be!" Thank you for the dialog ... I have to believe that decent people will continue to grow and work together.
