Selena, that is horrific! Yes, I am sure it happens all the time, but here in the US, we mostly hear of this with multi-level marketing schemes. It's obvious this also took hold with the Silicon Valley Bank and that group. I wonder who the guy at the bank angered to produce this result because ... if he hadn't, we would never have heard of this, nor would there have been any run on that bank.
