Peak Racism & Insane Misogyny: Michelle Obama Is Really “Michael” Obama
Who believes this idiocy?
I thought many women had it bad. Then I saw that right-wing trolls were pushing a far-out conspiracy theory that is deeply insulting and denigrating to Black Americans, women, and anyone else with a quarter of an operating brain cell.
“Michael Obama,” or — Michelle Obama is in reality — a male named “Michael.”
This “viral trend” includes altered videos, photographs, and calls for “proof” that Michelle Obama gave birth to the Obama’s daughters, Sasha and Malia.
I’m not a fan of President Obama’s eight years of presiding over economic turmoil, the loss of millions of jobs, 10 million Americans losing their homes, and the turbocharging of wealth transfer. During President Obama’s time, millions of Americans lost their lives to the opioid epidemic and the horrific degradation of the U.S. healthcare system. The entire time, average, normal people’s lives were upended by economic crisis. At the same time, our country entered eight new wars that nobody voted on and which were primarily concealed from the public. Every year, military budgets grew.
