Overall, I agree with your conclusion, but I think some issues are more serious than others. When I look at some of the comments, they mention the training issue. I am working for a large company right now that has really poor training materials, and work teams do struggle to not only achieve objectives, but to, on a basic level, do the work. I have experience to assist in this regard and I hope I will be able to assist them in developing & implementing training/education that works.
