OK Robert, let's talk turkey. How did you get over 160K followers, and how is it possible there are so few "claps" on this article? It seems to me that numbers of followers v numbers of views/claps isn't very well related. That said, thank you for another informative article. The first step I took toward wellness was using my Fitbit tracker to track and improve sleep. For me, not having to get up at 5 AM every morning to drive 2 hrs to work ... that was a help. And getting enough activity and eating properly.
