Oh my God, poor Cyrus and his family. This grocery owner should be tried for at the minimum 2nd degree murder. Cherished "Wild West" beliefs include the fact that if you shoot someone in the back, you are a dirty coward and should be hanged. Does this store owner want that to be his penalty assessed for killing Cyrus? I'm sure he does not, and will insist he was justified in his brutal, heinous action.
