Oh, my God. You are very correct in this - it is so sad and so tragic. What a disgusting yet true analysis of what is going on. I think you're the first person I've ever seen talk about how the 50s were the way they were because so many young men lost their lives in WW2. Every young man should be made aware of what war really is.
