Who would want to accept an unqualified, ill-informed, ill-tempered, egotistical, and entitled individual with poor social skills on any work team? How about on a sports team, friend group or social club? I wonder: would you want an ill-tempered, entitled, egotistical neighbor?

Many of the people who are behind current pushes to eliminate official Affirmative Action initiatives on college campuses, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) initiatives in large corporations fit the above description.

Why are these people so all-fired against Affirmative Action and DEI? Does this affect them directly? It doesn’t seem to affect them personally, except they seem to … well …

They have the same attitude and approach of the famous spoiled literary child, Eloise. I am aware that a lot of people like Eloise. I used to like her myself. She is only six years old. However, if I told you that famous real-world mega-spoiled talent-free brat Lena Dunham has a tattoo of Eloise, you may like this children’s book character a bit less …
