No, I hadn't seen that news about Penn. These institutions - maybe the disease at their heart is the fact they were founded by privilege. William Penn, from what I know, was one of the most enlightened of those old-school founders, as was Ben Franklin. These were the good guys. But ... I bet this President is not.
