Mia, almost 100% of these white women are paid very poorly. I am not telling you that you are wrong, I am telling you that you misperceive the situation. "White women" have their expected roles in this structure. They perform the duties that are EXPECTED of them.

If a "white" "woman" steps outside this structure, they will experience a lot of difficulty. They will not be able to achieve much, if anything, on their own.

There are basically few, to no, "white women" who have the courage of anything to stand up for very much. They can't stand up for themselves, much less for a stranger. You are talking about people who can't even let a Palestinian-American woman talk about horrible experiences they have faced with respect, or acknowledge the terrible truth that Israel is an apartheid state conducting genocide on Palestinians. Now what would you expect of these people?

I deal with them all the time. All we can do is do the best we can do.
