It's pretty amazing to look back and see that not only is something you did three years ago "okay," you still feel that it was honest and straightforward. And personally? Our cross-country "Beverly Hillbillies" in reverse was the start of an extremely fulfilled, happy, healthy new life -

These articles were shown to no one and distributed not at all. I have not revised them, I just connected the two together (which I guess I didn't know or couldn't do at the time). The second one, from San Antonio? It was unbelievable, and the pictures I got, unreal. The handprint of a homeless man on the window of an expensive - closed - restaurant. A woman sleeping in a door - the homeless shelter had discharged everyone to the streets the night before. Except for me and Gambit, they were the only living humans in downtown San Antonio at 6:00 AM.
