Israel's genocide in Gaza and the online behavior of their Hasbara trolls & US-based Zionist radicals (as seen here on Medium) has informed many millions of people of the true situation in Palestine. This retired General is correct. None of this will turn out well for Israel unless they immediately change course. It has ensured that I will never do business or have any relationship of any type with any Zionist again, here in the US or overseas, and I am far from the only one to conclude this essential choice.
