I'm glad you did that, Deb! I've been through a state discrimination process investigation as well - though the complaint was truly meritless and lasted FOREVER (a male making a false claim that his female supervisor sexually harassed him - he got 1 year of Workers Comp out of it ... until he was ordered to pay all the funds back). And after that, you made it through and even old Bill apologized! At the time of our complaint situation, we learned of another woman who worked at a large supermarket distribution center who received very similar treatment to you. This woman did eventually receive a very substantial settlement. But that was Cali - and more recent. Thank you for your recounting of a time and situation that has, in many cases, not changed much!
