I usually don't respond to this type of article, but the continuous repetition of "This *may* help but ..." followed by "You don't really need it" is disgusting and dismaying. Why should anyone follow this "advice" given in the same manner by the same type of person who advocated use of toxic, addictive, dependency-causing opioids for two decades (still being prescribed, still being taken - $multi-trillion lawsuits, company just changes names, continues) while at the same time prohibiting and warning strenuously about VITAMINS like D and C or natural compounds like melatonin? LOOK AT THIS N NONSENSE!!! I have seen and heard this "advice" all my life. Every single prescription drug commercial I see on TV and YouTube, constantly aired over and over has the most heinous side effects imaginable for nearly every medication - "May cause stroke, heart attack, paralysis, death ..." and here you have this article about people's ability or lack thereof to take affordable, simple supplements - so where is the info like "Staying inside 24-7 can inhibit your immune system" (as recommended and still done by those fearing COVID). How are people supposed to "eat healthy fruits and vegetables" if they have no jobs and no income? How will these products be raised, farmed, and taken to market if every business is out of business due to COVID? I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED and do not have any idea how anyone "trusts" any "medical advice" any longer in any way. I've been taking Vitamin A, C, D3, and Zinc in recommended (not above) RDA levels since this started and I am still healthy. I am not going to stay inside, I am not going to fear COVID - I won't go out of my way to undertake hazardous activities, and have always practiced good hygeine (i.e. frequent handwashing, not touching face) and am a former teacher so I know what it's like to work somewhere that is "disease central." Just so f-ing sick of the whole hypocritical drug pushing pill pushing money-grubbing excuse for "health" "care." Our lifestyles are killing us and I for one, want good quality of life not pills and what our society excuses as "medicine" as I grow older.
