I think you personally may not need it and probably already know all of the nutritional guidance and then-some - but I wrote up the start of my process with it yesterday. I also successfully ate black beans yesterday - one of my motives in using it is so I can consume legumes without problems because I know they are nutritionally important - and previously, even a tablespoon of beans would set off a severe IBS episode.
