I think they're learning, David - Mindy Johnson is putting out a big book that is being sponsored by the Motion Picture Academy, and Amid had already written Cartoon Modern. Animation Obsessive has featured my mom - I just wrote Mindy and asked if it was possible her students in one of the animation history classes she teaches had done this - I doubt it's the only one added to Wikipedia in recent days. I was very impressed by their thorough work!
