I see you have a lot of "favorable" comments! LOL - ok, I'm 61 about to be 62 this year. I am counted in the "Boomer" demographic even though I have nothing in common with people who are old enough to be my parents. I highlighted where you put "some of them are in the workforce". I can't retire. I am in the same boat as younger generations. I will never be able to retire. My house was foreclosed on fraudulently by Wells Fargo (in 2015 - I hung on for a long time after the 2008 financial crisis). I lost all my savings and was forced to file for bankruptcy after trying to found a diverse publishing company (2013-2016). I had hopes and dreams too. Sure, I've got neighbors who fit the stereotype you portray here - they are rude, self centered and entitled. It's more than "not all boomers" it is only a small group. I was the exact generation and age who received ALL of the negative consequences of Reagan decisions onward. I started college with all my tuition & fees paid in 1979, Reagan took office, I ended having to work fulltime to pay my ever-rising bills (and get 2 BAs). I did get a student loan to pay for my grad school when I returned in the late 90s, and I did pay it off, at a 6-7% interest rate. I've worked my whole life since I was 13. I know why your article was featured.
But you are WRONG. Take responsibility for your SELF. Stop criticizing others baselessly, especially about the least important things. Like "voting." What a shame. You should be ASHAMED.
