I just covered this, with that exact chart you included, for work I was paid to do for a real estate broker license project. I included a sentence that said, "unintentionally using the wrong pronoun is not a violation of rights." By law, I had to include that intentionally misusing pronouns is a potential civil rights violation and constitutes discriminatory harassment. I agree with what you said, as a weak-sauce US leftist. For stating this both you and I are liable to be attacked as "Karens" or some such.
