I have driven over 90% of readership to what I have written on this platform over the past 5 years. I have been a paying member since the beginning of the membership program. For at least a year nothing I have written on this platform has been promoted to any other member and the last time something I wrote was curated and distributed would have been at least a year ago. I publically tagged Medium on Twitter last month about my spending valuable time writing articles with original photos and writing on thoughtful topics and issues and my 1.9 thousand followers receiving no (zero) as in NONE (zed) notification or being shown anything I wrote at all. Then "magically" 5% of my followers appear to have been shown my two most recent articles.
I am an active business consultant working with startups, including in Medium's sector. I am actively involved in raises of up to $25 to $40 million and I am involved in international startups and business.
I am an award-nominated fiction writer and have written hundreds of thousands of words crossposted to this platform, and yes, I do have a "following."
I don't object to this very obvious and unsophisticated platform growth strategy but I really would like these individuals involved with the festering s**tpit of ignorance and IDPol that is Medium to know - just because you people act like I am nobody, worthless, uninteresting, boring, unimportant -
Doesn't mean that I am.
