I had some yesterday — I had a sweet drink at the race track, and part of an “affogato” dessert with ice cream and espresso poured over it. Stuff is strong if you don’t have it for a while! The most I learned from The Sugar Film is that he was eating things that are sold as “healthy” — like juice, granola bars, etc. I think we all know gobbling Reese’s and Snickers every day isn’t healthy but I didn’t realize that juice was just as full of sugar. Take care girl! It helped me — even with my singing voice!
