I am not clapping for the sole reason that you are assuming a causal relationship that cannot be established (women's brain differences predate obesity). It's likely, given common sense, that given the way society treats obese women, their brains may well change as a result of ongoing stressors such as lower income, higher-stress jobs, and negative social treatment. The diversity between male and female brain "signatures" may also result from food preferences which predate obesity. As a physician, you might want to look into the human microbiome as well as the many environmental and social contributors to obesity which influence and are applied to men and women differently.
