I think the younger generation being encouraged to hate on Boomers is another artificial trend made to make people hate and not communicate with each other. I worked with very low income and homeless people for 15 years of my career. In the whole time (back in the 80s) I only encountered a few legit Vietnam Vets who were suffering due to no support. We actually had a good VA and a decent VA homeless unit that helped. I encountered MANY people falsely claiming to be Vietnam Vets. They were too young — and very dishonest and awful.
