Hey Bren - who accomplished factual desegregation of the U.S. South? When did that happen, and what eventually happened to the President who did it? Not a trick question. Also, why are there 3 million people in prison in the US - not exclusively in "Southern" states? (I didn't see your mention of the prison-industrial complex, that is in all states).
