Hello Tony - I see others have mentioned the issue of being paid for bringing outside views. I want to ask you, specifically, about how I believe the way this service's "system" works making it very difficult for people to write honestly and with value to themselves and others. I don't know why I stuck with it - there were few rewards to me of any type until recent months. I mean who wants to write something for only 2-3 people to read, regardless of its topic, the quality, or anything else?

I don't really know how to use my stats, but when I went through and found my highest read-ratio, 93%, it was for something that I have now pinned to the top of my profile. I wrote this article because I had promised the students I'd do it. It has plenty of reads from outside sources and almost 100% of those people read all of it.

It has been absolutely un-shared by anything remotely related to your service.
