Hello Seher - you can look on my profile for articles about Zoe Nutrition, which tests your microbiome, blood sugar, and blood lipid responses. It uses that info to make recommendations of foods and meals that are right for you and its recommendations are based on the biggest nutrition and diet study in history. The more people who use Zoe, the better it can give recommendations. It isn't inexpensive but it's not ultra-costly, either. It will show you the exact foods that are best for your body and microbiome. I did Zoe Nutrition from Feb-May this year. I am still losing weight - I'm not overweight but it seems like I'm going back to the weight I was in HS (117 lbs). I'm 5'6". I'm not dieting, I'm eating normal meals made from normal food. Our microbiomes are all different and we can all heal them - right now Zoe is doing a study to see if fermented foods do make a difference. I'm not using the program any more. I learned my best foods and combinations. I also can have foods that are less healthy once in a while and do. As treats or special occasion. But here is some true advice - if it's a packaged, prepared food or a soda, flavored water, sugar-free anything - avoid!!!
