Hello doctor - I'm going to go out on a limb and recommend something like Zoe Nutrition for anyone who is concerned about a long-term, chronic illness which is related to inflammation/inflammatory conditions. It seems to be clear that what we eat and when we eat - which the study you have highlighted seems to focus on - and even in which order we consume foods influences the microbiome, which ... probably influences just about everything. My grandmother (whom I mentioned - and thank you for the courteous and kind words) was ... well ... one thing she did for me that may be of greatest benefit is, she was way ahead of her time nutritionally. I was fed much healthier, more nutritious meals than the kids I grew up with. I think this gave me some resilience as well as some lifelong better habits that have produced a better health response compared to my peers today. I am definitely healthy now (I actively pursue wellness) - and it tears my heart out to see how the girls and guys I went to school with are suffering from chronic illness. It's diet, lifestyle (not just exercise, also reducing stress) - and not just "us" also all these microbes that live in us. Thank you for listening, and the good guidance, doctor!
