Bravenak’s Revisionist History: ‘All Asians Look Alike’ so Manzanar is ‘China’
Notorious Clinton-camp anti-Sanders and anti-progressive troll “Bravenak” is noted for her “F-Susan Sarandon” collage and numerous other foul-mouthed aggressive attacks, primarily on female progressives.
The anti-Trump meme of the day today is “Ivanka Trump has shady Chinese business connections” and “Ivanka Trump supports children being separated from their parents”.
So Bravenak, who was briefly suspended from Twitter for her foul anti-Sarandon antics, came up with a crude Photoshop mishmash for her anti-Ivanka Trump campaign of the day.
The boys in the background of the photo are from Manzanar, which is currently a national monument commemorating the World War II internment of Japanese-Americans. The mountains in the background are the Sierras.
They are not Chinese. They are not Central American. They are not from Mexico.
You can read about Manzanar and other WW2 internments of over 120,000 Japanese-Americans courtesy of a 2015 article documenting a photo retrospective at the University of California, Riverside.
Bravenak is employed by a division of “ShareBlue,” the current name for the fulltime propaganda and harassment efforts of David Brock funded by mega-rich DNC donors like Tom Steyer.
Everyone who knows me knows that I think both U.S. political “parties” are meaningless and destructive.
The ham-fisted idiocy of Bravenak and her ilk is so horrific that it’s hard to think the moronic sludge of abuse she and her fellow attack trolls spew 24–7 isn’t secretly paid for by Trump.
Supposedly the greatest of the Democrats, Franklin Roosevelt signed the order to intern the Japanese-Americans during the second World War.
Ronald Reagan, still blamed for every American ill by Democratic Party traditionalists today, apologized and provided financial reparations to the surviving people who were so wrongfully imprisoned. It took more than 40 years for the apology and the restitution.
Other Americans still await compensation and reparations for egregious violations of their rights and removal of opportunity: African-Americans and Native Americans.
You won’t see Bravenak tweeting about that any day. Ever.
I don’t know if Bravenak thought “all Asians look alike so these boys will do” or if she was trying to make some type of twisted statement regarding internment with her image.
The result is just another reminder that today’s “political parties” only serve their own interests and attack each other with uncomfortable reminders of what a wretched society we have at present, which serves so very few well and so very many: not at all.
The immigrant child-parent separations and missing children which are being publicized so heavily have been going on for years. They were an express policy of both Bush and Obama Administrations. Those screaming so loudly about them have no interest in the over 10,000 missing indigenous women and children. There are nearly 171,000 missing black children in the U.S.
More than 70,000 immigrant families were separated during the Obama Administration. But now that Trump is involved, it has to be stopped?
Not counting on that any time soon. For anything.
